When I was a kid my parents had a ton of games, toys and kitchen utensils from the 70s. I thought it all looked dated, especially the stuff with burnt orange or puke green. Sometime after growing up and getting more involved in art and design I developed a taste for some things 70s. ISO50 does a wonderful job of highlighting retro designs.

A goal of mine has been to use a digital camera to take retro looking photos without using photoshop. This is my first stab at it and I'm fairly pleased with the results. Shot with a Canon 5D, polarizer, neutral density filters and an orange gel. White balance was corrected in the RAW conversion. A downside of shooting this on a full-frame SLR is that the camera picked up some filters attached to the lens (notice the dark corners?). ...s
